WA 98201 <br /> Re : Seaway Center - City of Everett LID 726 and 726S Segregation <br /> Dear Lon: <br /> This letter is written on behalf of Washington Services , Inc. and <br /> Seaway Associates , both of whom have endorsed their approval at <br /> the end of this request . <br /> Recent changes in ownership of Seaway Center . and more <br /> particularly Lot 2 of the original Seaway plat . have necessitated <br /> the re-allocation of a portion of the above referenced City of <br /> Everett LID ' s . <br /> In 1990 Cornerstone acquired Lots 1 . 2 . 3 , 3B and 4 of Seaway <br /> Center from Washington Services . Inc . Subsequent to that time . <br /> Lot 2 has been replatted and divided into six lots . The <br /> subdivision of Lot 2 is reflected on the attached copy of the <br /> referenced Binding Site Plan. In April of 1992 a reorganization <br /> of the ownership reflected the reacquisition of Lots 1 . 2A, 2B <br /> and 2F , 3 , 3B and 4 by Washington Services . Inc . Washington <br /> Services has always retained the ownership of Lots 6 and 8. <br /> As a result of the April 1992 transfers . Seaway Associates . now <br /> represented by Quadrant . retained the ownership of Lots 2C , 2D <br /> and 2E . <br /> In all of these transactions and in subsequent discussions <br /> regarding the allocation of assessments for the LID . the <br /> buildable square footage of each lot in question has been the <br /> basis on which the LID's were allocated. The Seaway Associates <br /> LID 726 and 726S Assessment notices show combined balances owing <br /> and installments due with 726 covering Lots 2 , 3 . 3B and 4 and <br /> 726S covering Lots 2 and 4 . We have prepared a schedule that <br /> reflects the reallocation of the subject LID 's to the lots based <br /> upon their current ownership and the subdivision of Lot 2 , all <br /> calculated in reference to the buildable square footage of each <br /> subject lot . <br /> 1 <br />
