In April 1992 , a reorganization of <br /> the ownership of various lots included under Treasurer's Account No. 0005 <br /> in LID #726S resulted in title transfers between Seaway Associates (now <br /> represented by Quadrant) and Washington Services, Inc. In addition, Lot <br /> 2 has been replatted and divided into six lots. <br /> The developers of Seaway Center have been spreading the assessment burden <br /> on portions of the industrial park already sold based on a uniform amount <br /> per buildable square foot. Since the assessments recommended by our <br /> office were based on special benefit accruing to the buildable areas of <br /> all affected ownerships, this proposed segregation procedure is fair and <br /> equitable and will preserve the security of the bonds issued to finance <br /> the local improvement district. <br /> Please refer to the following facts and figures pertaining to this <br /> property. <br /> Existing LID Parcel <br /> Tax Acct.
