'',1111 <br /> EVERETT <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3671 <br /> A RESOLUTION modifying the boundaries of the Murphy's <br /> Corner Annexation. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Litke, Woods and Taylor <br /> petitioned the City for annexation resulting in the acceptance of <br /> a 10% petition on October 11, 1989; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Litke, Woods and Taylor <br /> annexation proposal is within the boundaries of the Murphy's <br /> corner annexation proposal which the City Council accepted on <br /> August 26, 1992 ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Litke, Woods and Taylor are <br /> requesting to withdraw their annexation petition and be included <br /> within the Murphy' Corner annexation proposal; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT THAT: <br /> 1. The request by Litke, Woods and Taylor to withdraw their 10% <br /> annexation petition which was accepted by City Council on <br /> October 11, 1989, is hereby granted. <br /> 2 . The Murphy's Corner annexation proposal as accepted by the <br /> City Council on August 26, 1992 , is hereby amended to <br /> include the property previously included in the Litke, Woods <br /> and Taylor petition. <br /> 3 .
