RESOLUTION NO. 3616 <br /> A resolution to purchase one IBM RISC 6000 model 340 computer. <br /> Whereas, the Utilities Division of Public Works requires computer <br /> hardware for the Geographic Information System software. <br /> Whereas, IBM is the only manufacturer that makes the RISC 6000 <br /> System. <br /> Whereas, IBM is the only distributor of the RISC 6000 System in <br /> the region and <br /> Whereas, it is available to be purchased from the 1992 budget. <br /> Now, therefore, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of <br /> Everett that the Purchasing Division is authorized to purchase <br /> one IBM RISC 6000 Model 340 computer.
