An"Inventory of Properties within the <br /> Historic Overlay Zones" for the expanded area of the Norton Grand Historic Overlay <br /> Zone is hereby adopted. This lists the properties within the expanded area of the district <br /> which are historically significant or which contribute to the historic character of the <br /> district. It is to be used to identify those properties which are subject to the regulations <br /> specified in this Ordinance. The"Inventory of Historic Overlay Zones" may be amended <br /> as necessary by the Planning Director,following recommendation from the Historical <br /> Commission. The current "Inventory of Historic Overlay Zone" shall be maintained on <br /> file in the office of the Department of Planning and Community Development. <br /> Section 5: Validity <br /> Should any section, subsection,paragraph, sentence, clause or phase set forth in this <br /> ordinance or its application to any person or situation be declared unconstitutional or <br /> invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining <br /> portions of this Ordinance or it application to any person or situation. The City Council <br /> of the City of Everett hereby declares that it would have adopted this Ordinance and each <br /> section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion thereof irrespective of the fact that <br /> 1(B <br />
