Everett aid Everett School District <br /> Location of Covered Operations: All operations performed by the "Named Insured"for or on behalf of <br /> the Additional Insured. <br /> • <br /> A. The policy definition of Insured is amended to include as an Insured the person or organization <br /> (called "Additional insured") as on file with the Underwriters, but only with respect to liability for <br /> Bodily Injury or Property Damage directly resulting from: <br /> • <br /> 1. the Named Insured's ongoing operations performed for the Additional Insured(s) at the <br /> location designated above; or <br /> 2. acts or omissions of the Additional insured(s)in connection with their general supervision <br /> of such operations; <br /> This insurance does not apply to: <br /> a. Bodily Injury or Property Damage for which the Additional Insured(s)are obligated to pay <br /> damages by reason of the assumption, of liability in a contract or agreement. This <br /> exclusion does not apply to liability for damages that the Additional insured(s)would have <br /> in the absence of the contract or agreement; <br /> • <br /> b. Bodily Injury or Property Damage occurring after:. <br /> • <br /> (1) all work, including materials, parts or equipment furnished in connection with such <br /> work,on.the project(other than service,maintenance or repair(s)to be performed <br /> by or on behalf of the Additional Insured(s)) at the site of the covered operations <br /> has been completed; <br /> (2) that portion of the Named Insured's Work out of which the injury or damage arises <br /> has been put to its intended use by any person or organization other than an <br /> other contractor or subcontractor engaged in performing operations for a principal <br /> as a part of the same project; <br /> c. Bodily Injury or Property Damage arising out of any act or omission of the Additional <br /> Insured(s)or any of their employees, other than the general supervision by the Additional <br /> Insured(s) of the Named Insured's ongoing operations performed for the Additional <br /> insured(s);or <br /> d.
