The Workforce <br /> Development Program provides individuals with employment educational classes and job training in addition <br /> to providing resources and facilities for job searching. The WDC works simultaneously with the <br /> Washington State Employment Security Department also located at Everett Station. <br /> The proposed lease is for a 3-year term commencing on May 10,2010, with a termination date of May 9, <br /> 2013. The proposed rate for the first 2 years of the lease term is $6,839.75 per month. The rate will increase <br /> by 3 percent for the third and final year of the lease term. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Lease Agreement with the Workforce Development Council Snohomish County <br /> for space at Everett Station. <br /> 29 <br />
