Janitor service <br /> includes exterior and interior window washing,restroom supplies and light bulb replacement and such other items as <br /> set forth in Exhibit"3"which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference. <br /> 5.1. Lessee shall reimburse Lessor as referenced in Paragraph 4,RENTAL RATE,hereinabove for the <br /> following costs: electricity,janitorial service and supplies and restroom supplies to the leased premises only. <br /> MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR <br /> 6.
