Staff time spent in <br />depositions, trial preparation and court or hearing testimony will be billed at one and one-half times the above rates. Time <br />spent after normal working hours, on weekends, or on holidays, at the specific request of Client, will be charged at the above <br />rates plus 25 percent. Time spent in either local or inter -city travel, when travel is in the interest of this contract, will be <br />charged in accordance with the foregoing schedule.
