They also <br />assist in the preparation of reports to Federal and stage agencies and tribes as required by the WHMP. In <br />addition, Fairweather Forestry will assist in the implementation of the Noxious Weed Management Plan for <br />City lands in the vicinity of Lake Chaplain. <br />The current annual Professional Services Agreement with Fairweather Forestry expires on June 30, 2010, <br />and a new annual Professional Services Agreement is needed to carry on the forestry work in the Chaplain <br />watershed. <br />RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with Fairweather Forestry for Forestry <br />Management and Consulting Services in an amount not to exceed $99,870. <br />71 <br />
