This amount is to be applied towards the expenses that O% Manager is <br />responsible for, including those set forth in this Agreement*d d all incidental <br />operating expenses required to operate the garage and the terms of this <br />Agreement not set forth in the section herein entitled " 0 er's Responsibility" <br />(Article 3A).
