2 <br />ADDENDUM 92 TO PARKING MANAGEMEN AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF EVERETT AND DO TOWN EVERETT <br />ASSOCIATION <br />THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this day , 2010, by and <br />between the City of Everett, a municipal corporation der the laws of the State of <br />Washington ("City") and Downtown Everett Associatio ("Manager"). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the City and the Manager entered i o an agreement ("Agreement") dated <br />August 3, 2004, for the management of the Everp k Garage; and <br />WHEREAS, in June 2007 the Agreement <br />additional three years until July 2010; and <br />WHEREAS, the City wishes to elt the <br />years until July 2013; <br />0/ <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE C A7 <br />FOLLOWS: <br />1.
