EXHIBIT A - 5 <br /> BRIDGE INSPECTION SERVICES <br /> Bridge Inspection Services covered by this Agreement consist of the following Services <br /> for CITY-owned bridges listed in Exhibit B of this Agreement: <br /> Bridge inspections, completion of bridge inspection reports (including photos and <br /> descriptions of the inspection), and entry of bridge inspection data into the Washington <br /> State Bridge Inventory System. <br /> The following bridge inspection services are not covered by this Agreement: <br /> • Fracture critical member inspections, <br /> • Underwater inspections, <br /> • Special feature inspection of complex bridges, including but not limited to the <br /> following types of complex bridges: movable, floating, suspension, redundant pin <br /> and hanger, precast segmental, high-strength steel, and cable-stayed bridges, <br /> • Inspections for which special access equipment, such as an Under Bridge <br /> Inspection Truck(UBIT),is needed, and <br /> • Load rating and scour analysis. <br /> INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br /> Between SNOHOMISH COUNTY and CITY OF EVERETT <br /> For Bridge Inspection Services <br /> Page 10 of 12 <br /> 45 <br />
