Costs are estimated as of the effective date of this Agreement. Estimated costs <br /> may be adjusted annually to reflect current labor, equipment, and material charges. This figure <br /> does not include the cost of work performed by COUNTY personnel in response to work orders <br /> issued upon request by the CITY in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.
