This Request for Qualifications will begin the selection process of Contractor and <br /> Architect teams who will execute the Design Build of the Municipal Court Project. <br /> The anticipated dates for the RFQ Advertisement are July 29, 2010, and August 5, 2010. <br /> The anticipated deadline for the City Clerk to receive RFQs is 2:00 PM on August 24, 2010. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize Request for Qualifications for Design Build Teams for the design and construction of the <br /> Municipal Court Project. <br /> 53 <br />
