<br /> DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT:
<br /> In 1994, the City adopted the Washington Model Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 308-330 WAC
<br /> ("MTO") to facilitate adoption of State traffic laws into the Municipal Code. The proposed
<br /> ordinance provides for an amendment to the City's MTO making the City's traffic laws
<br /> consistent with changes in State law.
<br /> RECOMMENDATION: Adopt an Ordinance relating to Adoption of State traffic infractions, Amending
<br /> Section 3 of Ordinance 2008-94 (EMC 46.04.030).
