Golf fees were the subject <br /> of public review including a public forum at the July 13, 2010 regular meeting of the Board of Park <br /> Commissioners. Public notice included an article published in The Daily Herald on July 13, 2010, as well as <br /> the advertisement of proposed fee adjustments in The Daily Herald, on the City's website and posted at <br /> Legion Memorial Golf Course and Walter E Hall Golf Course, the Swim Center, Recreation Office and <br /> Forest Park Administration Building Offices. The Board finalized its recommendation to staff at its July 13, <br /> 2010 meeting. There were a total of seven attendees at the public forums. Five of those seven attendees <br /> were senior annual passholders requesting the City either not increase the fee for their senior annual pass or <br /> the fee be increased at a lesser amount than proposed. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> 1 <br />
