• <br /> EXHIBIT A <br /> to the <br /> EXACtITRA'GKI'"S£RV10E AGREEMENT <br /> Agreement No. 080906DY1 ("Agreement") <br /> between <br /> BI INCORPORATED ("131") <br /> and. <br /> CITY OF EVERETT•("Agency") <br /> • <br /> • <br /> Pursuant to Section 5 of the ExacuTrack Service Agreement referenced above,the cost to <br /> Agency for the services rendered by B1 is as follows: <br /> EXACUTRACK CA'RCE: <br /> ExacuTrack Tracker& <br /> Transmitter Charge: $3.29 per day per Unit provided from BI inventory. <br /> ExacuTrack Base Station Charge: $0.70 per day per Unit provided from 61 inventory. <br /> ExacuTrack Service Charge: $1.40 per day per Unit provided from 131 inventory. <br /> ExacuTrack'Charge: $5.9•(Tote1 of the ExacuTrack'Unit-Charge and the <br /> ExacuTrack Service Charge.) <br /> ADDITIONAL SERVICES: <br /> Freight Bl will pay for the cost of shipping Units and other Equipment to and from Agency. <br /> 10% 14O-charge Spares: Each month betetorder, Agency i5 entitled to keep a quantity of <br /> each of ExacuTrack Tracker units,transmitters and ExacuTrack Base Stations equal to 10% <br /> of that month's corresponding average number of actively used ExactiTraek Tracker units, <br /> transmitters and ExacuTrack Base Stations per day, in its possession at no charge (i.e.; <br /> these units are not subject to the daily rental rate while not in use). The charge for any <br /> inactive Units in excess of the 10% No-charge Spare allowance Agency will incur a $3.99 <br /> charge per day/per unit. <br /> Loss or Damage: Agency is not entitled to a loss or damage allowance. Agency will be <br /> responsible for all costs related to lost, stolen or damaged Exacutrack Equipment. <br /> Replacement costs for Exacutrack units are the following: Exacutrack Base Station <br /> $1,320.00 each; Exacutrack Transmitter $575.00 each; and Exacutrack Tracking Unit <br /> $1,095.00 each. <br /> Reasonable Supplies: Service includes a reasonable number of disposable field supplies <br /> as determined by BI. <br /> Additional remote training: From 8:00 a.m.to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, $200 <br /> per hour. Minimum charge of one(1) hour;thereafter billed in fifteen minute increments. <br /> Additional on-site training $1000 per day,2 day minimum, plus actual out of pocket <br /> expenses for on-site training including one BI staff person's travel, room, board, and <br /> miscellaneous expenses. <br /> GPSEverett,city of,WA06 9 <br /> 63 <br />
