(1) Authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No. 4 with GG Excavation for the Sewer F, Schedule A Project in the amount of ($284,281.98) (2) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Purchase and Sale Agreement for Property located at 332 120th Street SE adjacent to Sewer Lift Station No. 24 in the amount of $390,000, plus closing and moving expenses PROPOSED ACTION AGENDA: (These items currently scheduled for action on a future Everett City Council meeting).
