The parcel is approximately 27,443 square feet in area and is developed with a single family <br /> residence. The proposed acquisition price is $390,000, plus closing and moving costs. The property is <br /> immediately south of and contiguous to Sewer Lift Station No. 24. The existing lift station has reached the <br /> end of its useful life and its replacement has been identified in the City's 2006 Comprehensive Sewer Plan as <br /> Capital Project SE-15. <br /> The remaining $60,000 budget will cover the closing costs and moving expenses which are yet to be <br /> determined but are not expected to exceed$15,000. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Purchase and Sale Agreement for property located at 332 120th Street SE <br /> adjacent to Sewer Lift Station No. 24 in the amount of$390,000, plus closing and moving expenses. <br /> 11 <br />
