(20) Authorize a rolling street closure from the train yard east on 34th, north on Hill, west on Pacific, north on McDougall, west on Wall, across Broadway to Comcast Arena on August 25, 2010, beginning at approximately 6 a.m., and returning via the same route in reverse on August 29, 2010, beginning at approximately 9 p.m. to walk circus exotics for the Ringling Brothers Circus ACTION ITEMS: (21) Authorize the Mayor to execute Agreement with Village Theatre for management of the Everett Performing Arts Center and presentation of theatrical productions through August 31, 2014, in the amount of $262,506.39 for the first year, with annual adjustments based on the Consumer Price Index (22) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Intergovernmental Agreement between Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission and the Everett Police Department to accept $32,073.00 grant award AUDIENCE COMMENTS: Citizens have additional opportunity to comment on any item on the agenda including those items listed above for "Proposed Action".
