This Partial Termination of Easement Agreement <br /> relinquishes the City's rights to that portion of the easement area no longer in use. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Partial Termination of Easement Agreement with Public Utility District No. <br /> 1 of Snohomish County. <br /> 41 <br />
