CONSENT ITEMS: (9) Adopt Resolution No. accepting the petition and setting October 6, 2010, at 6:30 p.m. as the date and time of the public hearing for the proposed vacation of that portion of 11th Street lying west of Grand Avenue (10) Authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No. 4 with G.G. Excavation for the Sewer F, Schedule A Project in the amount of ($284,281.98) (11) Accept the Sewer System Replacement F, Schedule A Project as complete and authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with G.G. Excavation, Inc. allowing the retainage bond to be released ACTION ITEMS: (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Purchase and Sale Agreement for properly located at 332 120th Street SE adjacent to Sewer Lift Station No. 24 in the amount of $390,000, plus closing and moving expenses (13) CB 1008-22- 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a special improvement project entitled, "Rucker-Hoyt Streetscape Project," Fund 303, Program 089, to accumulate all costs for the improvement (14) CB 1008-23- 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a special improvement project entitled "Broadway and Beverly Boulevard Intersection," Fund 303, Program 045, to accumulate all costs for the improvement project and repealing Ordinance No. 2478-00 (15) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Limited Use Permit for sanitary sewer with Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County (16) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Partial Termination of Easement Agreement with Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County (17) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Termination of Easement Agreement with Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County AUDIENCE COMMENTS: Citizens have additional opportunity to comment on any item on the agenda including those items listed above for "Proposed Action".
