It is <br /> determined as the average maximum flow measured over a one hour period. <br /> B. Interceptor Work. <br /> 1. Requirements for Plans and Specifications. The District at its sole cost shall <br /> prepare all plans and specifications necessary to construct sewer improvements <br /> that modify the sewer system infrastructure at 116th Street SE and 35th <br /> Avenue SE in accordance with Exhibit C. These plans and specifications must <br /> include the following: <br /> (a) New Manhole A,New Manhole B, and New Manhole C; <br /> (b) New 30-Inch Pipeline; <br /> (c) New District Pipeline; <br /> (d) All improvements necessary to block the Existing 30-Inch Pipeline <br /> between New Manhole A and Manhole 2085Z05 as shown in Exhibit C; <br /> (e) All improvements necessary to block the existing pipeline between <br /> Manhole SL and Manhole 2085Z05 as shown in Exhibit C; <br /> Page 2 <br /> 3 <br />
