Moschilli, a longtime <br /> Everett engineer who loved people and baseball. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT: <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, representing the <br /> citizens of the City of Everett, hereby acknowledge and honor the service of Louis <br /> Moschilli who worked for the City of Everett for twenty years in the traffic <br /> engineering department, retiring as an associate engineer. <br /> WHEREAS, Lou Moschilli's most memorable traits were his sense of <br /> humor, his love for the City, and his love for his family. Lou will be missed and <br /> remembered by all who knew him. <br /> WHEREAS, Lou, an Everett resident for 30 years will be missed most for <br /> his sense of humor and genuine empathy. He could put himself in someone <br /> elses's shoes and understand how they were feeling and help them out.
