- ' .. 4 . VEN-A EVERETT RESOLUTION NO. 3589 A RESOLUTION segregating the Local Improvement Assessment for LID No. 726. WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owners of property known as Treasurer's Account No(s) 0006 in LID Roll No. 726 to segregate the assessment of said Treasurer's Account No(s) . 0006 into separate assessments; and WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient value to provide adequate security for the payment of the total assessment chargeable against the undivided parcel of property; and WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 299-74, as amended by Ordinance No. 1072-84, provide a method of segregating a tract of land in an LID into smaller parcels; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of said LID and the City of Everett to segregate said Treasurer's Account No(s) . 0006 into the separate parcels; and WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No. 299-74, as amended by Ordinance No. 1072-84, has been paid to the City Treasurer as a fee for the segregation ordered herein. ; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT: Section 1: That the City Treasurer is directed to make a segregation on the original Assessment Roll No. 726. Section 2: That the segregation shall be made as nearly as possible on the same basis as the original assessment was levied. Section 3: That the total of the segregated parts of the original assessments shall equal the assessment before segregation. Section 4: That the original tract and assessment known as LID No. 726, Treasurer's Account No(s) . 0006, was passed by Ordinance No. 1570-89 on 3-15-89, in the amount of $224,503. The original legal description is attached on Exhibit A. Section 5: The legal description of the segregated tracts and assessments is attached as Exhibit B.
