E!/E FETT <br /> RESOLUTION # 3565 <br /> A RESOLUTION establishing Human Needs <br /> Priorities for 1992 <br /> WHEREAS, the mission of the Human Needs Advisory Committee is to <br /> determine annually the human needs in the City of Everett, to prioritize those <br /> needs, and to allocate monies to most benefit those needs; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Human Needs Advisory Committee has determined that the <br /> following list of human needs, which have been ranked in priority order, with a <br /> focus on prevention, will be funded in 1992 to qualified programs inside the City <br /> of Everett: <br /> 1. YOUTH <br /> a) Counseling/guidance <br /> b) Shelter/food <br /> c) Substance Abuse <br /> d) Pregnancy prevention <br /> e) Abuse/Neglect <br /> 2. ELDERLY <br /> a) Shelter/Food <br /> b) Medical Assistance <br /> c) Counseling guidance <br /> d) Abuse/Neglect <br /> 3.
