1 <br /> 1!!!!!!1/IL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3560 <br /> EYE/TETT <br /> A RESOLUTION segregating the Local Improvement Assessment <br /> LID No. 726. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owners of property <br /> known as Treasurer's Account No(s) . 0010 in LID Roll No. 726 to segregate <br /> the assessment of said Treasurer's Account No(s) . 0010 into separate <br /> assessments; and <br /> WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient value to <br /> provide adequate security for the payment of the total assessment chargeable <br /> against the undivided parcel of property; and <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 299-74 as amended by Ordinance No. <br /> 1072-84, provide a method of segregating a tract of land in an LID into <br /> smaller parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of said LID and the City of Everett to <br /> segregate said Treasurer's Account No(s) . 0010 into the separate parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No. 299-74, as amended <br /> by Ordinance No. 1072-84, has been paid to the City Treasurer as a fee for <br /> the segregation ordered herein. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> Section 1: That the City Treasurer is directed to make a segregation on the <br /> original Assessment Roll No. 726. <br /> Section 2: That the segregation shall be made as nearly as possible on the <br /> same basis as the original assessment was levied. <br /> Section 3: That the total of the segregated parts of the original <br /> assessments shall equal the assessment before segregation. <br /> Section 4: That the original tract and assessment known as LID No. 726, <br /> Treasurer's Account No(s) . 0010, was passed by Ordinance No. 1570-89 on <br /> 3/15/89, in the amount of $1,556,450.
