x. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3559 <br /> EVERETT <br /> A RESOLUTION segregating the Local Improvement Assessment <br /> for LID No. 702. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owners of property <br /> known as Treasurer's Account No(s) . 0017 & 0218 in LID Roll No. 702 to <br /> segregate the assessment of said Treasurer's Account No(s) . 0017 & 0218 into <br /> separate assessments; and <br /> WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient value to <br /> provide adequate security for the payment of the total assessment chargeable <br /> against the undivided parcel of property; and <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 299-74 as amended by Ordinance No. <br /> 1072-84, provide a method of segregating a tract of land in an LID into <br /> smaller parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of said LID and the City of Everett to <br /> segregate said Treasurer's Account No(s) . 0017 & 0218 into the separate <br /> parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No. 299-74, as amended <br /> by Ordinance No. 1072-84, has been paid to the City Treasurer as a fee for <br /> the segregation ordered herein. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> Section 1: That the City Treasurer is directed to make a segregation on the <br /> original Assessment Roll No. 702. <br /> Section 2: That the segregation shall be made as nearly as possible on the <br /> same basis as the original assessment was levied. <br /> Section 3: That the total of the segregated parts of the original <br /> assessments shall equal the assessment before segregation. <br /> Section 4: That the original tract and assessment known as LID No. 702, <br /> Treasurer's Account No(s) . 0017 & 0218, was passed by Ordinance No. 947-83 <br /> on 6/1/83, in the amount of $105,481.20. The original legal description is <br /> attached as Exhibit A. <br /> Section 5: The legal description of the segregated tracts and assessments <br /> is attached as Exhibit B. <br /> Section 6: A certified copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the <br /> City Treasurer who shall make the segregation ordered herein. <br /> Councilperson Introducing Resolution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this 27t1)day of November , 1991 <br /> p, vfi6 <br /> Council President <br />
