r 1 <br /> EV/ERETT <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3556 <br /> A RESOLUTION FOR THE PROPOSED VACATION of McDougall Avenue, <br /> Everett Avenue to 26th Street, plus N/S and E/W alleys in block <br /> east of McDougall Avenue, west of Rainier Avenue, Everett Avenue <br /> to 26th Street. <br /> WHEREAS , the owners of more than two-thirds of the front <br /> footage of those portions of McDougall Avenue, Everett Avenue to 26th <br /> plus the N/S alley and the E/W alley east of McDougall, west of Rainier, <br /> Everett Avenue to 26th Street, described as follows; <br /> McDougall Avenue between Everett Avenue and 26th Street adjacent to <br /> block 606, Ruckers Third Plat of Everett as recorded in volume 7, <br /> page 29 , book of plats, records of Snohomish County, Washington and <br /> block 607, Plat of Everett as recorded in volume 3, page 32 book of <br /> plats, records of Snohomish County Washington together with N/S and <br /> E/W alley ways within said block 606. <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provided that City Council shall, by <br /> resolution, fix a date for public hearing on said petition; <br />
