AfilP/4./%/--A <br /> ‘,440/?ETT <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3546 <br /> A resolution to purchase four aluminum trench boxes sole source. <br /> WHEREAS, the Utilities Division of Public Works requires trench boxes <br /> WHEREAS, Efficiency is the only manufacturer that makes the Efficiency <br /> XLAD aluminum trench boxes required, and <br /> WHEREAS, Fray Equipment Co. is the only distributor of Efficiency trench <br /> boxes in the region, and <br /> WHEREAS, it is available to be purchased from the 1991 budget. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Everett <br /> that the Purchasing Division is authorized to purchase four new trench <br /> boxes.
