EVEJFETT 4.14 RESOLUTION NO. 3534 A RESOLUTION amending the General Plan of the City of Everett as provided for by Everett Municipal Code Title 2, Section 20, Subsection 120, to encompass an area between 21th Avenue SE and 27th Avenue SE along 100th Street SE. WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on July 2, 1991, the Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the establishment of General Land Use Plan Policies and a Plan Map designation for the hereinafter depicted property; and WHEREAS, the existing Snohomish County land use guidelines and regulations consist of the North Creek Area Comprehensive Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that State law requires that a General Plan land use designation be established for areas annexed to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds after reviewing Planning Commission recommendations at a public hearing on August 28 , 1991, that the General Plan map designation hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: 1. The General Plan land use designation of Single-family Detached, 1-5 dwellings per gross acre, and Single-family Detached, 5-10 dwellings per gross acre is hereby adopted for the described property.
