EVEJFETT <br /> 4.14 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3534 <br /> A RESOLUTION amending the General Plan of the <br /> City of Everett as provided for by Everett Municipal Code Title 2, <br /> Section 20, Subsection 120, to encompass an area between <br /> 21th Avenue SE and 27th Avenue SE along 100th Street SE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on July 2, 1991, the Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing regarding the establishment of General Land <br /> Use Plan Policies and a Plan Map designation for the hereinafter depicted <br /> property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the existing Snohomish County land use guidelines and <br /> regulations consist of the North Creek Area Comprehensive Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that State law requires that a <br /> General Plan land use designation be established for areas annexed to the <br /> City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds after reviewing Planning Commission <br /> recommendations at a public hearing on August 28 , 1991, that the <br /> General Plan map designation hereinafter set forth is in the best interest <br /> of the City of Everett. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> 1. The General Plan land use designation of Single-family <br /> Detached, 1-5 dwellings per gross acre, and Single-family Detached, 5-10 <br /> dwellings per gross acre is hereby adopted for the described property. <br />
