7LSRETT <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3501 <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the City Clerk to begin advertising the Chaplain Timber <br /> Sale #991-1 and to authorize the call for bids for this timber sale, as required in <br /> ordinance number 1741-90. <br /> Whereas, under the FERC license for stage two of the Henry M. Jackson Project, <br /> the co-licensees were required to develop a Wildlife Habitat Management Plan <br /> (W.H.M.P.); and <br /> Whereas, the required W.H.M.P. was completed and approved by the City on <br /> September 30, 1987; and <br /> Whereas, ordinance number 1741-90 establishing the procedures for selling timber <br /> was approved on October 10, 1990; and <br /> Whereas, the Mayor was authorized to execute an easement with the D.N.R. to <br /> gain access to City Land for implementation of the W.H.M.P. on June 12, 1991; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that the City Clerk is authorized to begin advertising the Chaplain Timber <br /> Sale #991-1 and is authorized to call for bids on the Chaplain Timber Sale #991-1 <br /> as required in ordinance number 1741-90. <br /> Councilperson Introducing Resolution <br /> PASSED and APPROVED this o'�5/4 day of July, 1991 . <br /> ed...414/1 . 17/./(, <br /> Council President <br /> LT:apenda/DL218(07/16/91) <br />
