:AP <br /> EV/ERETT <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3475 <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of 63rd Street from <br /> Wetmore east to alley east of Wetmore. <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of those <br /> portions of 63rd Street from Wetmore east to alley east of Wetmore, described <br /> as follows: <br /> All that portion of 63rd Street (platted as Herfort Street) lying <br /> between the easterly right-of-way line of Wetmore Avenue and the western <br /> right-of-way line of the alley east of Wetmore Avenue, abutting Lot 16 <br /> of Block 4 and Lot 1 of Block 6, Plat of Lang's First Addition to <br /> Everett, Volume 3, Page 74 Book of Plats as recorded in Snohomish <br /> County, Washington <br /> and shown on the attached sketch, have petitioned for vacation of said <br /> right-of-way; and <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provided that City Council shall, by resolution, fix <br /> a date for public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT: <br /> that a public hearing be set for June 26, 1991, at 8:30 a.m. , in the City <br /> Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacation of aforesaid <br /> right-of-way as herein described. <br /> (----) <br /> b N <br /> 447 <br /> CouncTilperson Introducting Resolution <br /> PASSED and APPROVED this 21st day of May , 1991. <br /> eccw-a4 '11/]. &-H-04A " <br /> Council President <br /> (2-11) <br />
