IMdRETT <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3464 <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to negotiate and execute lease <br /> amendments_ of the Wall Street Building and Culmback <br /> Building. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT: <br /> 1 . The City Council affirms and directs that it is the City's intent to <br /> begin occupying the Wall Street Building between mid-1993 and <br /> mid-1994. Further, the City Council recognizes that some leases with <br /> private tenants and extension options go beyond the City' s time frame. <br /> Said options will require extensive negotiations and possible legal <br /> action with the private tenants to accomplish the City' s schedule. <br /> 2. The Mayor is authorized to negotiate and execute lease amendments with <br /> existing private tenants of the Culmback Building and Wall Street <br /> Building, provided that said amendments shall be approved by the Budget <br /> Committee and no lease amendment shall extend the stated term of the <br /> lease. <br /> 3.
