<br /> All that portion of Sections 10, 14, 15, 22, 23, and 27, Township 28 North,
<br /> Range 4 East, W.M. , described as follows;
<br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the South line of Section
<br /> 22 and the Southeasterly right of way line of Beverly
<br /> Park-Edmonds Road; THENCE, Southwesterly along said
<br /> Southeasterly right of way line to intersect the Easterly
<br /> projected North line of Lot 1, Plat of Paine Field No, 5,
<br /> according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 13 of
<br /> Plats, Page 2, records of Snohomish County, Washington;
<br /> THENCE, Westerly along said Easterly projected North line,
<br /> and the North line of Lot 1, and the North line of Lots 4
