RESOLUTION NO. 3422 <br /> A RESOLUTION amending the General Plan of the <br /> City of Everett as provided for by Everett Municipal Code Title 2, <br /> Section 20, Subsection 120, to encompass an area between <br /> Holly Drive and Walter E. Hall Golf Course, and between <br /> 88th Street SW and 100th Street SW. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on October 16, 1990, the <br /> Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the establishment of <br /> General Land Use Plan Policies and a Plan Map designation for the <br /> hereinafter depicted property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the existing Snohomish County land use guidelines and <br /> regulations consist of the Paine Field Area Comprehensive Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that State law requires that a <br /> General Plan land use designation be established for areas annexed to the <br /> City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds after reviewing Planning Commission <br /> recommendations at a public hearing on January 9 , 1991, that the <br /> General Plan map designation hereinafter set forth is in the best interest <br /> of the City of Everett. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> 1. The General Plan land use designations of Single-family <br /> Detached, 1-5 dwellings per gross acre, Single-family Detached, 5-10 <br /> dwellings per gross acre, and Multiple Family, 10-15 dwellings per gross <br /> acre are hereby adopted for the described property. <br /> 2.
