e <br /> • <br /> RESOLUTION 3410 <br /> A RESOLUTION segregating the Local Improvement Assessment <br /> for LID No. 721 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owners of <br /> property known as Treasurer's Account No(s) . 0004 in LID Roll No. 721 to <br /> segregate the assessment of said Treasurer's Account No(s) . 0004 into <br /> separate assessments; and <br /> WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient value to <br /> provide adequate security for the payment of the total assessment chargeable <br /> against the undivided parcel of property; and <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 299-74 as amended by Ordinance <br /> No. 1072-84, provide a method of segregating a tract of land in an LID into <br /> smaller parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of said LID and the City of Everett <br /> to segregate said Treasurer's Account No(s) . 0004 into the separate parcels; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No. 299-74, as <br /> amended by Ordinance No. 1072-84, has been paid to the City Treasurer as a <br /> fee for the segregation ordered herein. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT: <br /> Section 1: That the City Treasurer is directed to make a segregation <br /> on the original Assessment Roll No. 721. <br /> Section 2: That the segregation shall be made as nearly as possible on <br /> the same basis as the original assessment was levied. <br /> Section 3: That the total of the segregated parts of the original <br /> assessments shall equal the assessment before segregation. <br />
