e • RESOLUTION 3410 A RESOLUTION segregating the Local Improvement Assessment for LID No. 721 WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owners of property known as Treasurer's Account No(s) . 0004 in LID Roll No. 721 to segregate the assessment of said Treasurer's Account No(s) . 0004 into separate assessments; and WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient value to provide adequate security for the payment of the total assessment chargeable against the undivided parcel of property; and WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 299-74 as amended by Ordinance No. 1072-84, provide a method of segregating a tract of land in an LID into smaller parcels; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of said LID and the City of Everett to segregate said Treasurer's Account No(s) . 0004 into the separate parcels; and WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No. 299-74, as amended by Ordinance No. 1072-84, has been paid to the City Treasurer as a fee for the segregation ordered herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT: Section 1: That the City Treasurer is directed to make a segregation on the original Assessment Roll No. 721. Section 2: That the segregation shall be made as nearly as possible on the same basis as the original assessment was levied. Section 3: That the total of the segregated parts of the original assessments shall equal the assessment before segregation.
