The Court has been involved in this program since <br /> 2008. The Court has allocated$4,479.00 for fiscal year 2011 based upon the Court's actual interpreting <br /> expenses in fiscal year 2010. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Cooperative Agreement between the State of Washington <br /> Administrative Office of the Courts and the Everett Municipal Court to continue the state-funded interpreting <br /> reimbursement program. <br /> 103 <br />
