Phase BI ($3.5M) will be constructed in 2010 <br /> under a previous contract. Phase B2 ($6M) will be constructed in 2011, and the design of Phase C ($70M) <br /> will be performed in 2010 and 2011. Work associated with Phase B2 and C will be performed concurrently <br /> during 2011. This PSA will fund the estimated level of effort for 2011 in the amount of$191,250. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with JacKaren Consulting, LLC for <br /> constructability review and construction project administration at the Water Pollution Control Facility in the <br /> amount of$191,250. <br /> 17 <br />
