Rooftop Drainage. Section 903.4 of the IRC and Section 1503.4 of the IBC are hereby amended by adding the following: Rooftop drainage must be addressed and shall be disposed of by one of the following methods: a. tight line to storm drain system (private or public) b. concrete splash blocks c. tight line to roof runoff infiltration system A tight line to the property line with direct discharge to the abutting property or public right-of-way is prohibited unless specifically approved by the City on the construction plans/permit.
