CONSENT ITEMS: (9) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $5,640,718.72 for the period of October 23, 2010 through October 29, 2010 (10) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $3,387,085.51 for the period ending October 23, 2010 PUBLIC HEARING: (11) CB 1010-28 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending the Shoreline Master Program relating to the Marshland Subarea Plan, amending Ordinance No. 3129-09 ACTION ITEMS: (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 6 to Property Purchase Agreement with Touchstone Corporation for the Purchase and Redevelopment of the Allen Buick Property extending the Project Period to January 16, 2011 (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Cooperative Agreement between the State of Washington Administrative Office of the Courts and the Everett Municipal Court to continue the state-funding interpreting reimbursement program (14) Authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement with the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife to receive a $100,000 grant for restoration of the former Drainage District No. 6 PUBLIC HEARING: 2011 BUDGET HEARINGS — 3rd Hearing.
