This project was funded with four Drinking Water State Revolving Fund(SRF)Loans <br /> and local matching funds. The funds from all loans have been expended. The 2004, 2005 and 2006 loans <br /> were closed in January and the Washington State Departments of Commerce and Health requested that the <br /> Public Works Department submit a Project Completion Amendment to close out the 2007 loan. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Project Completion Amendment for the Drinking Water State Revolving <br /> Fund Loan Number DM07-952-041. <br /> 109 <br />
