The approval was conditional upon: 1) successful annexation of the <br /> property, and 2) compliance with the Resolution of Intent to Rezone(Resolution No. 4548). At the time,the <br /> subject property was given an interim zoning designation of"R-2, with Intent to Rezone." The subject <br /> property has since been developed with an automotive service shop and is in compliance with the terms of <br /> the Resolution of Intent to Rezone. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt Ordinance rezoning property located at 10515 Evergreen Way from R-2, Single-Family Detached to <br /> C-1, General Commercial. <br /> 117 <br />
