Increase the Contract Amount by$2,362.50. <br /> Work Change Directive WCD-02—Provide concrete, reinforcing and anchor bolts for the Recovered <br /> Water Pump Station metal building. Increase the Contract Amount by$5,311.34. <br /> Work Change Directive WCD-06—Provide a Hydroflo Model 16MH—2 Stage as an alternate to the <br /> specified vertical turbine pump. Increase the Contract <br /> Duration by 30 calendar days. <br /> JUSTIFICATION: <br /> Work Change Directive WCD-01 —City of Everett is accepting ARRA funding. <br /> Work Change Directive WCD-02—Provide required anchorage designed for the submitted Recovered <br /> Water Pump Station metal building. <br /> Work Change Directive WCD-03 —Extend future piping above grade prior to constructing a building <br /> that would limit access to doing this work. <br /> Work Change Directive WCD-04—Decontamination procedures had to be changed due to the <br /> appearance of the New Zealand mud snail in waters in Washington and surrounding states. <br /> Work Change Directive WCD-05 —Drain water from the air release blow offs. <br /> Work Change Directive WCD-06— Specified pump models did not meet all specification <br /> requirements.
