The following list will help you determine what other <br /> chapters of this title may contain regulations which are applicable. <br /> A. Environmentally Sensitive Areas. Does the subject property or adjoining property contain <br /> streams, wetlands, steep slopes or other environmentally sensitive areas? If so, see Chapters 33D <br /> and 37. <br /> B. Are you interested in having a sign placed upon the property?If so, see Chapter 36 for the <br /> requirements for type, size and location of signs in each sign category. <br /> C. Off-Street Parking. To see how many parking spaces are required for a specific use, go to <br /> Table No. 34-1 in Chapter 34. For the B-3 zone,the parking requirements are listed in Chapter <br /> 22. <br /> D. Landscaping Requirements. Details related to the landscape categories listed in the <br /> development standards table are contained in Chapter 35. <br /> E. Small Lot Single-Family Dwelling and Duplex Development Standards. Additional <br /> standards apply to single-family dwellings on lots containing less than five thousand square feet, <br /> and to duplexes in any zone. These regulations are contained in,Section 7.010 of this title. <br /> F. Accessory Buildings for Single-Family Residential Uses. Development standards which <br /> apply to buildings which are accessory to single-family uses are contained in Section 7.020-030. <br /> G. Multiple-Family Development Standards. Development standards that apply to multiple- <br /> family development are contained in Chapter 15. Multiple-family design guidelines also apply to <br /> developments of three or more dwelling units, and are included with the purchase of the Everett <br /> zoning code. <br /> H. General Provisions. Chapter 39 contains regulations pertaining to a wide variety of topics <br /> which apply in several or all zones. You should review the topic headings of Chapter 39 to see if <br /> additional regulations apply to your property or a proposed development.
