Nicole also completed an analytical review of the schedule by <br /> comparing it to data that WSDOT had collected in our permanent files.TranTech <br /> provided a copy of the In-House compiled overhead and 2007 Profit&Loss. <br /> The reviewed data included,but was not limited to,the schedule of the indirect cost rate, <br /> a description of the company,basis of accounting and description of TranTech's <br /> accounting system,basis of indirect costs,in addition to a review of the firm's internal <br /> control structure. <br /> • Based on our review,we are issuing this letter of concurrence establishing TranTech's <br /> overhead rate for 2007,at 146.84%of direct labor.
