The requested C-2 rezone is consistent with the current Comprehensive Plan <br /> Designation of 5.3,Light Industry, so a Comprehensive Plan Amendment is not required. On October 7, <br /> 2010,the Hearing Examiner recommended that the requested rezone be approved from M-M to C-2, subject <br /> to a Development Agreement. The Development Agreement requires the property to be developed as an <br /> integrated development through the City's Binding Site Plan process.
