(22) CB 1011-37 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance approving the appropriations of the 2010 revised City of Everett Budget and amending Ordinance No. 3191-10 (23) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Local Agency Standard Consultant Agreement with TranTech Engineering LLC, for the Broadway Bridge Replacement Project design services in the amount of $606,227.00 (24) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Carletti Architects to provide engineering design services for a Storage Facility at the Water Filtration Plant at no additional cost to the city (25) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Tetra Tech, Inc. to provide engineering design services for the Water Pollution Control Facility at no additional cost to the city (26) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Interagency Agreement with the Washington State Department of General Administration (GA) to provide construction management services for energy projects in the amount of $34,600 (27) Adopt resolution declaring 120 Club Car Golf Carts to be surplus and authorize a brokered sale to be conducted by Yamaha, Inc.
