Provide acreage estimates, <br />classifications, and ratings based on entire wetland complexes, not only the portion <br />present on the proposed project site; <br />5. A description of the proposed actions including an estimation of acreages of impacts to <br />wetlands and buffers based on the field delineation; <br />6. An assessment of the probable cumulative impacts to the wetlands and buffers resulting <br />from the proposed development; <br />7. A description of reasonable efforts made to apply mitigation sequencing to avoid, <br />minimize, and mitigate impacts to critical areas pursuant to the Mitigation Sequencing <br />provisions of this chapter, <br />8. A description of measures taken to protect and enhance existing habitat connections <br />with other natural areas. <br />9. Site maps and site plans depicting delineated wetlands and buffers, impacts of the <br />proposal on critical areas and buffers, grading and clearing limits, and other project and <br />site specific information as determined necessary by the Director. <br />(This section shall be codified as EMC 19.37.100.) <br />Section 11: Standard wetland buffer width requirements. <br />A. Standard Buffer Width. <br />Bogs shall have a minimum buffer width of 190 feet. The following minimum buffers <br />of native vegetation shall apply to all other wetlands based upon the wetland category <br />and score for habitat functions from the Wetland Rating Form - Western Washington. <br />Buffers shall be measured from the wetland boundary delineated as required by Section <br />9A (37.090.A) of this chapter. <br />a. Category II and III wetlands scoring less than 19 points for habitat function shall <br />have the following buffers: <br />b.
